MACKINAC BRIDGE AUTHORITY (EXCERPT) Act 214 of 1952 254.325 Construction of act. Sec.

15.This act being deemed necessary to the public health, welfare, convenience and prosperity, it shall be liberally construed to effect the intents and purposes hereof.
