MACKINAC BRIDGE AUTHORITY (EXCERPT) Act 214 of 1952 254.323 Federal government approvals. Sec.
13.The authority is authorized to do all things and perform all acts necessary to secure the consent, if necessary, of the United States government, to the construction and operation of the bridge and charging of tolls for its use, and to secure the approval of any department, agency, instrumentality or officer of the United States government required by law to approve the plans, specifications and location of the bridge, or the tolls to be charged for the use thereof.
