PRIMARY ELECTION FOR NOMINATION OF VILLAGE OFFICERS (EXCERPT) Act 144 of 1921 200.64 Candidates declared nominees. Sec.
4.The candidates receiving the highest number of votes on each political party ballot, for the office designated, shall be declared the nominees for such offices of such party at the ensuing annual village election.
