§ 8 §530 — Refusal, suspension or revocation of certificate; grounds
The board may, after notice of an opportunity for hearing in accordance with Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 4, refuse to issue or renew and may suspend or revoke a certificate described under section 523, subsection 1. The following are grounds for an action to refuse to issue, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a certificate issued under section 523, subsection 1:
1.Fraud or deceit.
The practice of fraud or deceit in obtaining a certificate under section 523, subsection 1;
2.Violation of chapter or rule.
Any violation of this chapter or any rule adopted by the authority;
3.Failure to maintain insurance.
Failure to maintain health and accident insurance required by section 523, subsection 1, paragraph J; and
4.Conviction of certain crimes.
