Text
As used in this compact, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Commission.
"Commission" means the Tri-state Lotto Commission created and established by this compact.
2.Concurrent legislation.
"Concurrent legislation" means legislation enacted by one of the party states which is concurred in by the other party states in the form of enactments having like effect.
2-A.
Electronic funds transfer.
"Electronic funds transfer" means a transaction using an electronic device for the purpose of ordering, instructing or authorizing a financial institution to debit or credit an account.
3.Lotto.
"Lotto" means a game of chance as prescribed by the commission.
