1.License to distribute required.
A person may not distribute table games in the State unless the person has been issued a license to distribute table games by the board.
2.Requirements for license.
The board may issue a license to distribute table games to an applicant that meets the qualifications set out in sections 1016 and 1019.
3.Distribution of slot machines by licensed table game distributor.
The board may accept an application from and issue a slot machine distributor license to a person who is licensed as a table game distributor under subsection 2.
