§ 7 §513 — Exception
Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 2 MARKETING, GRADING AND LABELING·Ch. 101 GENERAL PROVISIONS
No person shall be prosecuted for violation of any provision of this subchapter if such person has been acquitted or convicted under the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act of the same act or omission which, it is alleged, constitutes a violation of this subchapter.
