§ 7 §352 — Maine Agricultural Water Management Board

The Maine Agricultural Water Management Board is established in Title 5, section 12004‑G, subsection 3‑D and referred to in this section and section 353 as "the board."

All members of the board must be residents of this State. The board consists of 9 members as follows:
