§ 7 §309 — Annual review
Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 1 ADMINISTRATION·Ch. 10 AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM
The commissioner and the Agricultural Development Committee shall, on an annual basis, review the effectiveness of the programs operated under the provisions of this chapter and provide a summary of the review to the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development.
