§ 7 §1706 — Penalties
1.Violation.
Except as provided in section 1707 or unless another specific penalty or forfeiture is provided, a person commits a civil violation if that person violates a provision of or a rule or regulation adopted pursuant to:

A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $500 per day for each violation may be adjudged, except that the total of the fines may not exceed $50,000.
