§ 6 §201 — Arrests
The commissioner and inspectors have, in any part of the State, the same authority to enforce and to make arrests for the violation of any provision of chapters 1 to 17 or any rule and regulation promulgated or adopted under those chapters as sheriffs, police officers and constables have in their respective jurisdictions.
