§ 6 §151 — Agricultural aviation

Maine·Title 6 AERONAUTICS·Ch. 8 AGRICULTURE
A person may not conduct agricultural operations inconsistent with Federal Air Regulation, Part 137. A person may operate aircraft from a limited-use landing area for the purposes of conducting agricultural operations if the permission of the owner of the limited-use landing area has been obtained.
