§ 5 §90-B — Address Confidentiality Program

1.Definitions. As used in this section, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Upon demonstration of a program participant's certification in the program, state and local government agencies and the courts shall accept and use only the designated address as a program participant's address unless the secretary has approved an exemption pursuant to subsection 5‑A.

The secretary shall adopt rules to carry out this section. These rules are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II‑A.
