1.Administrative expenses.
Administrative expenses of the board may be paid from the Victims' Compensation Fund.
2.Judicial administrative expenses.
Up to $10,000 may be used the first year to defray the programming costs to integrate the Victims' Compensation Fund into the Judicial Department computer system.
