§ 5 §20010 — Opioid Use Disorder Prevention and Treatment Fund

The Opioid Use Disorder Prevention and Treatment Fund, referred to in this section as "the fund," is established for the purpose of supporting opioid use disorder analysis, prevention and treatment and is administered by the department. The fund consists of:
