Text
The chief fiscal officer of a participating local district, in order to assist in the administration of the retirement system shall:
1.Information.
Submit to the board whatever information the board prescribes about the employees of the participating local district relating to participation in the plan; and
2.Duties.
Cause to be performed whatever duties the board prescribes, with respect to the employees of the participating local district.
