The commissioner has the authority and duties provided in this section. For purposes of this section, "commissioner" means the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services.
1.Report to the Legislature.
The commissioner shall report to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over appropriations and financial affairs at the beginning of the first regular session of each Legislature with respect to:
