§ 5 §17909 — Statement of compensation

1.Requirement.
The chief executive officer shall require each beneficiary of a disability retirement benefit to submit, each calendar year, a statement of the beneficiary's compensation received from engaging in any gainful occupation during that year.
2.Failure to submit statement.
Failure to submit the statement under subsection 1, shall result in the following:
