Text

Notwithstanding section 17709, a law enforcement officer in the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife hired after July 1, 1992 shall contribute to the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program at a rate of 1% of earnable compensation in addition to the contribution required under section 17709.
