§ 5 §17655 — Service in the Armed Forces

1.Membership continued.
The membership of the following employees is considered to have continued during the period of the employee's service in the Armed Forces of the United States:
2.Other military benefits.
Any employee who satisfies the criteria of subsection 1, paragraph B, is entitled to all the benefits of Title 26, section 811.
