§ 5 §17653-2 — Denial of membership rights (WHOLE SECTION TEXT EFFECTIVE ON CONTINGENCY: See PL 1991, c. 619, §18)
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 423 STATE EMPLOYEES AND TEACHERS
The board may, in its discretion, deny the right to become a member to:
1.Compensation partly paid by State.
Any class of employees, except teachers, whose compensation is only partly paid by the State; or
2.Other than per annum payment.
Any class of employees who are serving on a temporary basis or whose compensation is set on any basis other than a per annum basis.
