§ 5 §1742-C — Institutions of higher education
The Department of Administrative and Financial Services, through the Bureau of General Services, shall provide the following services to institutions of higher education.
1.University of Maine System.
Notwithstanding section 1742, the Bureau of General Services is not required to provide services to the University of Maine System.
2.Maine Community College System; Maine Maritime Academy.
The Bureau of General Services shall provide any of the services set out in section 1742, subsections 1 to 9, 12 to 14, 19 and 23 to the Maine Community College System and the Maine Maritime Academy. Application of section 1742, subsection 23 to these institutions is limited to all public improvements:
