§ 5 §17107 — Actuary
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 421 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.Designation.
The board shall designate an actuary who shall be the technical advisor to the board on matters regarding the operation of the funds created by this Part.
2.Duties.
In addition to other duties set out in this Part, the actuary shall have the following duties.
