The Consensus Economic Forecasting Commission established by Title 5, section 12004‑I, subsection 29‑B, to provide the Governor, the Legislature and the Revenue Forecasting Committee with analyses, findings and recommendations representing state economic assumptions relevant to revenue forecasting, and referred to in this chapter as the "commission," consists of 5 members appointed as follows: two members appointed by the Governor; one member recommended for appointment to the Governor by the President of the Senate; one member recommended for appointment to the Governor by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; and one member appointed by the other members of the commission.
