§ 5 §13080-B — Loring Development Authority of Maine; powers; membership; obligations
1.Powers.
The authority is a public municipal corporation and may:

The authority is governed by a board of trustees composed of 13 voting members appointed by the Governor and subject to review by the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over economic development matters and to confirmation by the Senate.
3.Quorum.
Seven members constitute a quorum. Seven affirmative votes are required for the board to take action.
4.Liability.
The liability of the authority is governed by the Maine Tort Claims Act, Title 14, chapter 741.
