1.Wildlife rehabilitation plan.
The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Marine Resources, the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and other appropriate agencies and organizations, shall develop a plan for rehabilitation of oil spill damaged wildlife resources. This plan must include:
