Text
No person shall operate or cause to be operated an oil terminal facility as defined in this subchapter without a license.
1.Expiration of license.
Licenses are issued upon application and are for a period of not less than 12 months to expire no later than 60 months after the date of issuance. The department may issue a temporary license for a shorter period of time if it finds that the applicant has substantially complied but has failed to comply with one or more provisions of existing rules. Licenses are issued subject to such terms and conditions determined by the department as necessary to carry out the purposes of this subchapter.
2.Renewal of licenses.
