Text
Board meetings held under section 341‑D are governed by the following provisions.
1.Quorum.
Four members of the board constitute a quorum. A quorum is required to open a meeting and for a vote of the board.
2.Proceedings recorded.
All proceedings before the board must be recorded electronically.
