Text
Except as provided in section 1903, no state funds or state financial assistance may be expended for development activities within the coastal barrier resource system, including, but not limited to:
1.Structures.
The construction or purchase of any structure, appurtenance, facility or related infrastructure;
2.Roads, airports, boat landings.
The construction of any road, airport, boat-landing facility or other facility on or bridge or causeway to, any coastal barrier; and
3.Erosion.
The carrying out of any project to prevent the erosion of, or to otherwise stabilize, any inlet, shoreline or inshore area.
