§ 36 §6214 — Disallowance of certain claims
Maine·Title 36 TAXATION·Part 9 TAXPAYER BENEFIT PROGRAMS·Ch. 907 MAINE RESIDENTS PROPERTY TAX PROGRAM
A claim must be disallowed if the assessor finds that the claimant received title to the claimant's homestead primarily for the purpose of receiving benefits under this chapter.
