§ 36 §6204 — Filing date
Maine·Title 36 TAXATION·Part 9 TAXPAYER BENEFIT PROGRAMS·Ch. 907 MAINE RESIDENTS PROPERTY TAX PROGRAM
A claim may not be paid unless the claim is filed with the Bureau of Revenue Services on or after August 1st and on or before the following May 31st.
