Text
1.Licensing required.
A person may not practice dietetics or claim to be a dietitian or a dietetic technician unless that person is licensed in accordance with this chapter.
2.Individual licensing.
Only an individual may be licensed under this chapter.
3.Penalty.
A person who violates this section is subject to the provisions of Title 10, section 8003‑C.
