Text
An applicant applying for a license as a respiratory care practitioner shall file a written application provided by the board, showing to the satisfaction of the board that he meets the following requirements.
1.Residence.

An applicant must exhibit trustworthiness and competence.

An applicant shall present evidence satisfactory to the board that:

A respiratory care practitioner trainee shall not perform invasive procedures or procedures related to critical respiratory care, including therapeutic, diagnostic and palliative procedures. Respiratory care practitioner trainees shall only perform services under the on-site supervision of a licensed respiratory care practitioner.
