Text
1.Refusal to renew; suspension; revocation.
The commissioner may refuse to renew a license, after a hearing in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter IV. The District Court may suspend or revoke the license of any person licensed under this chapter. The commissioner may refuse to renew a license and the District Court may suspend or revoke a license on any one or more of the following grounds.
2.Reapplication.
No person, otherwise eligible, whose license the commissioner has refused to renew or who has had a license revoked, is eligible for reapplication until the expiration of 5 years from the date of refusal to renew or revocation.
