Text
Any person, health care facility or other emergency services organization acting in good faith is immune from civil liability to the licensee or applicant for licensure for the following actions:
1.Report; information.
Making any report or other information available to Maine Emergency Medical Services under this chapter; and
2.Assisting.
Assisting Maine Emergency Medical Services in carrying out any of its duties.
