Text

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Board. "Board" means the Board of Underground Oil Storage Tank Installers established under this chapter. 1-A. Class I liquid. "Class I liquid" means any liquid having a flash point below 100° Fahrenheit.
2.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection.
3.Department. "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection. 3-A. Hazardous substance. 3-B. Gasoline. "Gasoline" means a volatile, highly flammable liquid with a flashpoint of less than 100° Fahrenheit obtained from the fractional distillation of petroleum.
