Text
1.Administer and enforce.
The commissioner shall administer and enforce this chapter.
2.Rules.
The commissioner shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
3.Board.
The commissioner shall consult with the board concerning the licensing of polygraph examiners, polygraph examiner internship requirements and any other matters necessary for the administration of this chapter.
