§ 32 §4903 — Effect of law
1.Licensure required.
No person may practice or offer to practice geology or soil science in the State without a current license issued under this chapter, unless specifically exempted from the license requirement by this chapter.
2.Effect.
This chapter shall not be construed to affect or prevent the practice of any other legally recognized profession.
