§ 32 §2294 — Establishment of Occupational Therapy Compact Commission
1.Commission established.
The member states hereby create and establish a joint public agency known as the Occupational Therapy Compact Commission as follows.

This subsection governs the membership, voting and meetings of the commission.
3.Powers and duties of commission.
The commission has the following powers and duties:

The executive committee has the power to act on behalf of the commission according to the terms of this compact in accordance with this subsection.

This subsection governs the requirements for public and nonpublic meetings of the commission.

This subsection governs the financial operations of the commission.
