Text
The board may issue a license to practice professional nursing as a registered professional nurse under the following circumstances.
1.Applicants licensed by other states, United States territories and Canadian provinces.
The board may issue a license without examination of the applicant by the board to an applicant licensed to practice by a state or territory of the United States or a province of Canada if the applicant:
2.Applicants licensed by other jurisdictions.
The board may issue a license to an applicant licensed to practice by a jurisdiction other than those listed in subsection 1, if the applicant:
