§ 32 §2286 — Disciplinary actions

2.Disciplinary action.
The board may deny a license, refuse to renew a license or impose the disciplinary sanctions authorized by Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5‑A for any of the reasons enumerated in Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5‑A, paragraph A.
3.Reinstatement.
An application for reinstatement may be made to the board one year from the date of revocation of a license. The board may accept or reject an application for reinstatement and hold a hearing to consider the reinstatement.
