Text
Every applicant applying for a license to practice as a registered nurse shall pay a fee to the board as follows:
1.Examination.
For examination, a fee not to exceed $100 payable on application;
2.Reexamination.
For reexamination, a fee determined by the board not to exceed $100; and
3.Endorsement.
For endorsement, a fee not to exceed $100 payable on application.
