§ 32 §2108-A — Immunity

Maine·Title 32 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 31 NURSES AND NURSING

An individual or health care facility acting in good faith is immune from civil liability to the licensee or applicant for licensure for the following actions:

1.Making information available to the board. Making a report or other information available to the board under this chapter; and
2.Assisting the board. Assisting the board in carrying out its duties.
