Maine·Title 32 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Ch. 149 PHYSICAL THERAPY LICENSURE COMPACT (TEXT EFFECTIVE 1/01/26)
A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:
1.Home of record.
Home of record;
2.Permanent change of station.
Permanent change of station; or
3.Current residence.
State of current residence if it is different than the permanent change of station state or home of record.
