§ 32 §18524 — Construction
1.Liberal construction.
The provisions of the compact must be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes.
2.Applicability of other compacts.
Nothing in the compact may be construed to prohibit the applicability of other interstate compacts of which the states are members.
