§ 32 §18511 — Disciplinary actions
1.Unprofessional conduct.
A physician licensed through the compact who is the subject of a disciplinary action taken by a member board is deemed to have engaged in unprofessional conduct and may be subject to discipline by another member board, in addition to discipline for any violation of the medical practice act or rules in that member board's state.
2.License revocation.
If a license granted to a physician by the member board in the state of principal license is revoked, surrendered or relinquished in lieu of discipline, or suspended, then all licenses issued to the physician by member boards must automatically be placed, without further action necessary by any member board, on the same status.
