§ 32 §18140 — Tank installer
1.Scope of license.
A tank installer’s privileges to practice are restricted to installing outside residential heating oil tanks at manufactured housing as defined by Title 10, section 9002, subsection 7, paragraph A.
2.Issuance of license.
The following provisions govern the issuance of a tank installer's license.
3.Professional qualifications.
A tank installer must provide satisfactory evidence to the board of completion of a board-approved training program of at least 4 hours for proper installation of an outside oil tank.
