Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Accessory equipment.
"Accessory equipment" means equipment, materials and controls that are not integral parts of the oil, solid fuel, propane or natural gas burning unit but that are connected to the oil, solid fuel, propane or natural gas burning unit and have the potential to affect the safety of the equipment.
2.ASME container.
"ASME container" means a container constructed in accordance with a code developed by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers or its successor organization.
3.Board.
"Board" means the Maine Fuel Board established in Title 5, section 12004‑A, subsection 49.
4.Chimney.
