1.Commission established.
The member states hereby create a joint public agency known as the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Compact Commission as follows.
2.Membership, voting and meetings.
This subsection governs the membership, voting and meetings of the commission.
3.Powers and duties of commission.
The commission has the following powers and duties:
