§ 32 §15209-A — Private wire rope inspectors; licenses

The director may issue a license to an applicant as a private wire rope inspector, who may perform the inspections required for each tramway equipped with wire rope, if that applicant has a total of 5 years' experience in wire rope manufacture, installation, maintenance or inspection and meets the requirements of this chapter and rules adopted by the director. A private wire rope inspector's license is issued for a period of one year. The license fee must be set by the director under section 15225‑A.
